List of Current Touch Gestures in JAWS

In Windows 8.1, the JAWS Touch Cursor is turned on by default in the App Store, the News app, and the Weather app. When trying other new apps with JAWS, the virtual cursor is on by default. Sometimes the virtual cursor works best, but in some apps the Touch Cursor works best. It is just a matter of trial and error. The basic keystrokes for turning the touch cursor on and off, switching to navigation quick key mode, and getting into and out of text review mode follow:

Keystrokes for Switching Modes

SHIFT+NUM PAD PLUS (SHIFT+CAPS LOCK+SEMICOLON, laptop) Activate Touch Cursor
INSERT+ENTER or NUM PAD SLASH (CAPS LOCK+ENTER, laptop) Activate Text Review
